We, the undersigned, are the proud labor force that makes Broadway League shows happen in New York and across the country.

Our work is enriched by–and dependent upon–the work of Production Assistants. These workers, like all of us, are theatrical professionals in some of the most prestigious workplaces in the world. However, unlike the majority of the League’s workforce, PAs are without a union contract. They are some of the only workers in these buildings without access to health care and pension, livable wages, protections against workplace harassment and discrimination, or safe and sanitary work rules–just some of the benefits of a collective bargaining agreement.

We believe they deserve better and stand wholly in support of their request for representation by Actors’ Equity Association. It’s time.
