Sibling Union Pledge

All touring workers deserve contracts that respect the value of our labor, recognize our creative contributions, and appropriately address the realities of the touring landscape in 2023 and beyond.

I pledge to stand with my Equity colleagues in their fight for a fair contract, negotiated in good faith. If Actors’ Equity Association calls for a strike calling for a fair contract and to protest The Broadway League’s unfair labor practices, I will support my fellow touring union members and walk off the job.

I will not cross the picket line until the dispute is resolved.
